Basic helpful care tips for oriental rugs & carpets:
Ensure your rugs are rotated several times during the year; this will balance out sun fading and wear; try to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or its reflections.
Make sure any spills are cleaned straight away to avoid stains becoming fixed.
Damp areas on rugs should be dried and aired as soon as possible to avoid problems as mildew, moths and silverfish can be attracted to damp areas!!
Vacuum regularly to remove loose soil, front of rug as well as the rear.
