1- We do not steam clean! All Oriental Rugs, Persian Carpets,
rugs, kilims or tapestries will go through complete wash with water. Steam cleaning only
cleans the surface but it leaves the dirt inside the pile, dirt damages the fiber and It is also a potential danger to your health, as dirt will remain in the pile, you´ll breathe it. For this reason oriental rugs must be cleaned deeply. We wash your rug, rinse it and let
it dry completely in the sun. A clean and well maintained rug lasts much longer.
2- We do professional cleaning in our washing factory which is ideal for your valuable rugs, kilims, or tapestries. We even specialize in tapestry cleaning & restoration.
3- We do expert stain removal, whatever the cause might be. Pet urine has
been the main reason for color run (color bleeding) in many instances. Our team of
experts can take care of any kinds of stains or spots.
4- Water damage is another reason for color run or color bleeding on your
Rugs & Carpets. Our cleaning experts have the know how to deal with any kinds of damages.

1- Do not worry if your pet chews your Persian rug. Our specialized carpet repair personnel can restore it as if it had never happened.
